Do any search on the Internet and you're sure to find hundreds (or more) web sites dedicated to local or semi-national musicians and musical groups. The big problem is that digging through all these resources takes time and, let's face it, everyone plays rock. Ohio Country Music (OCM) was created out of a need for a dedicated directory of country musicians and bands throughout Ohio and surrounding areas. The goal of OCM is to bring these people together to facilitate communication and help the country movement to grow in Ohio.

Realizing that we are in an ever-shrinking world we here at OCM do not want to put limits on who can list themselves as a musician or list their band on our website.  You are eligible if you and/or your group performs at any Ohio venue.  Please keep in mind that we are fostering the communication between musicians, bands and venues.  Our staff is dedicated to our integrity and will remove any listings we deem against our philosophy.  As long as you play country music for the love of it we won't have a problem!
